You will know a little more about the main erogenous areas of both the male and female bodies. You will know which zones, points and glands are most important in terms of both male and female pleasure.

A new sexual paradigm

The techniques open up new perspectives for pleasure and sexuality itself. We approach themes related to the sexual education of men and women, their most common beliefs and how we can live a more abundant and healthy sexuality.
